We do not sell goods, we do not provide paid subscriptions, and we do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker personal data with third-party advertisers, data aggregators, or commercial entities under any circumstances.

3. Information We Collect and How We Use It

We only collect data strictly necessary to deliver user-initiated functionalities:

• Google Account Profile & Authentication: When an authorized family member logs in using Google OAuth 2.0, we collect basic profile details (Name, Email Address, and Avatar URL) to authenticate the user and display personal dashboard information.
• Assistant Interaction Data (MCP / AI Chatbot): If you choose to enable productivity features (such as querying your Google Calendar or creating tasks), our personal AI assistant queries the relevant Google API endpoints solely in real-time to answer your direct request.
• Self-Hosted Storage (Nextcloud / Media): Photos, files, and documents that you voluntarily upload to our self-hosted cloud storage are encrypted and stored solely for your private family access.
• Technical & Security Telemetry: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) are recorded for rate limiting, DDoS mitigation, and firewall protection.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Specifically, we adhere to the following strict standards regarding Google user data:

• No Transfer for Advertising: Google user data is never transferred or sold to any third party, advertising network, or data broker.
• No Training of Generalized AI Models: Google user data is not used to train or fine-tune generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
• Human Access Restrictions: No humans read your raw data unless you explicitly provide written consent for security debugging, or where strictly required by applicable law.
• Minimal Permission Scopes: We request only the minimal OAuth scopes required to fulfill the specific feature you are using.

5. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

All Techboystore applications utilize TLS 1.3 encryption in transit for all communications. Databases and credentials are encrypted at rest with zero-knowledge safeguards where applicable.

User authentication tokens and session data are stored securely on isolated servers and are automatically purged upon session expiration or account disconnection.

6. How to Revoke Access & Delete Data

You have complete autonomy over your Google account authorization and may revoke Techboystore's permissions at any time without needing prior approval:

1. Navigate to your Google Account Third-Party Access Settings.
2. Locate Techboystore in the authorized apps list.
3. Click Remove Access to immediately revoke all active OAuth tokens and disconnect the service.

If you would like to request immediate manual deletion of any associated account records or self-hosted files, simply send an email request to the contact address below. All data will be purged within 48 hours.
