The services, chatbots, and self-hosted tools provided are not intended for commercial enterprise use, commercial re-selling, or public distribution. All services are offered free of charge to the maintainer, family members, and invited test users.

Access to private application backends (including AI assistant interfaces, file storage, and media hubs) is restricted to pre-authorized family members and invited test accounts. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Google OAuth

Certain features within Techboystore allow authenticated users to integrate with external third-party services, including Google Workspace and Google OAuth APIs. By connecting an external account, you authorize Techboystore to interact with the specified services solely within the scope granted.

You may revoke third-party API connections at any time directly through the third party's security settings (e.g., via Google Account Security Settings).

• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security or authentication measures of the self-hosted servers.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or corrupt data.
• Overload, spam, or disrupt the availability of services for other family users.

6. Intellectual Property & Open Source Attribution

The Techboystore logo, branding, and custom website design are owned by the maintainer. Underlying open-source technologies (such as Nextcloud, Jellyfin, Vaultwarden, and Model Context Protocol SDKs) remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders and are utilized under their respective open-source licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Techboystore services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
